Receive a full refund if your item/s are returned within 14 days!

You can return your item within 14 days for any reason. You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs, as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for buying the postage for a return parcel.

* Please insure and/or track your parcel and make sure it is sent with a reliable source, If the item gets lost we cannot issue a refund. 

* We do not refund any shipping costs you paid when purchasing the item/s, or any costs incurred to return an item/s.

* We cannot refund any items that have makeup, deodorant, or other marks or smells on them that weren’t already there, so please ensure that if you are returning an item, you have checked it thoroughly. Before an item is sent to the customer, we check it for marks and defects and picture it closely.
